I was successful in running all my errands this morning and getting Wade to nap in the pac n play in the sewing room. God then sent a heavy rain to hit the metal roof and even though I was tempted to join him for a nap ... I resisted and worked in my $5 block and resumed cutting fabrics for Wade's 100 wishes quilt. I hope has he grows older we get to spend a lot of time out here....him doing homework or watching a DVD while I get to quilt!
Then I suspect there will come a day when he will rather be on the first floor helping data with an old car or tractor.
But for now I get to sew by lamplight!

It's amazing all that can be accomplished during naptime: I was good at it once upon a time and am good at it again! You and Wade are making memories in your quilt barn, and what sweet ones those are~
