All is Well for Now

My department was told we only lost one person. The planning department I used to work in didn't fare as well. Thanks for the comments/e-mails.

Glad it wasn't you, although I was pretty sure it wouldn't be!! Your group will be there until the end!!!!! Sad for the folks that it did affect though!!! That must be one of the hardest things in life to go through.

I'm glad it wasn't your turn. The stress of going through this day after day has to be awful though.

I'm glad you are OK...this is a terrible time of year to do this to people, but sadly it seems to be the way of things...guess it's the whole fiscal year bottom line thing. It happened to me in my first job, but the economy wasn't in such a mess then.

I hope the morale in your office doesn't take too hard a hit...this can be a hard time on the ones that still have their jobs too.

Just wanted to let you know the UFO on my blog today was not on my list for guild. It was actually at the quilters when we started the list.

Glad to know all is OK for you, for now. I can relate to this kind of a stressful situation, it's hard to stay upbeat and positive when it seems like the world around you is falling apart.
