I don't use a travel agent much. With today's internet sites I usually do my own travel planning. But for a big trip like Hawaii we decided to consult a professional. It saved me a lot of time...but I had no idea at the time how much more it would really save us. With GP's Dad's condition we decided to postpone our trip. No we didn't buy insurance, and technically we could have lost the entire cost. Gretchen explained our situation and re-booked our trip for early October. All we have to pay is the airline ticket change fee. What a blessing.
If you all are in need of a great travel agent, one that goes above and beyond....please seee Gretchen at the AAA on Stratford Road.

That is wonderful that she worked a deal for you. It would be awful to loose out on the trip and the money.

They are a great group...I helped them design their spaces both on Westgate and then when they moved to Stratford :)
I'm sorry you have to postpone your trip, but glad they could work it out for you. GP's dad will be in my prayers...y'all too!
So sorry you had to postpone your trip but at least you didn't lose a lot of money and you can be with GP's dad.
